Terms
The terms on which FluxDigest is provided, written to be read rather than skipped.
This page is a plain-language summary of how the service is provided, not a lawyer-reviewed agreement. If you need the executed terms, an MSA, or bespoke contract language, get in touch.
hello@fluxdigest.comWhat you are buying
A workspace on FluxDigest, on one of the plans listed on the pricing page. Each plan carries a subscriber limit, a monthly send limit, and a number of seats. Those three numbers are what separate the plans; the editor, campaigns, subscribers, forms, and automation are on all of them.
AI Studio and custom domains begin at Growth. Advanced analytics, SSO, and a dedicated IP begin at Scale. Enterprise is contract-based.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly at the listed price. You can change plan from the billing page inside the workspace, and the change applies from that point. Enterprise terms are agreed separately.
Your content, and your list
Everything you write and everyone you collect remains yours. We claim no ownership over your newsletters, templates, media, or subscribers, and we do not use your content to train models.
You are responsible for having permission to email the people on your list, and for honouring unsubscribes. FluxDigest records unsubscribes and bounces, but the consent behind an imported list is yours to stand behind.
Acceptable use
Do not use FluxDigest to send unsolicited bulk email, to distribute malware or phishing, or to send content that is unlawful where your recipients are. Sending practices that damage deliverability affect every customer on shared infrastructure, so we will act on them.
Write endpoints are rate limited and inputs are validated on the server. Attempting to circumvent those limits is a breach of these terms.
Availability
We work to keep the service running and will tell you when it is not. We do not publish an uptime figure on the marketing site, because we are not going to quote a number we have not measured over a meaningful period. A formal SLA is available under an Enterprise contract.
Ending it
You can stop at any time. Export your subscribers to CSV before you close the workspace — once it is deleted, the content goes with it.
